Reviving Chicago Community News

An emerging generation of reporters is driving the effort to rejuvenate local media coverage and to reduce threats to democracy. Our goal is to find unprecedented resources to build on proven strategies, while eliminating longstanding inequities in journalism coverage and practice.

Students and recent graduates recently unveiled an Austin Harvest produce market at the permanent location this week. The market brings art and community to an area previously known for gun violence.
